And now for the fifth wine review from Sugarbush Vineyards:

Cabernet Franc 2008

This dark ruby coloured wine gives an expressive nose in raspberry, green pepper, pepper, jalapeño, and licorice.

In the mouth, we find a fresh, light wine with supple tannins and where we find the raspberries found in its nose. I has a long finish in red raspberries.

It is a nice wine that nevertheless does not compare to the 2007, which is still very good to this day. Tomorrow’s review of the 2012 may be worth the wait…

Et maintenant, voici l’évaluation du cinqième vin de chez Sugarbush Vineyards:

Cabernet Franc 2008

Ce vin d’une belle couleur rubis opaque nous montre un nez expressif de framboise, poivron vert, poivre, jalapeño, et réglisse.

En bouche, il est frais et léger avec des tannins souples et où l’on retrouve la framboise du nez. Sa finale est longue en framboises rouges.

C’est un vin correct, qui ne se compare tout de même pas au 2007 qui, aujourd’hui, est encore très bon. Attendez demain pour lire au sujet du 2010…
